We will endeavour to preserve all data as submitted. 

If any viruses or malware are encountered while working on said computer we will advise cause of action and advise if any additional cost my be incurred via a quotation prior to proceding with repairs or upgrades.

If your hard disk data has been encrypted, please decrypt the drive before delivering it for an SSD upgrade as decryption can take hours to complete.

The software that we use to clone the drives does not work if drives are encrypted.

You can encrypt your data once you have received your computer back from us.
